I created a Valentine Wreath using only things I already had around the house. Use what you have, and if needed, pick up a few things from the store. It will definitely be less than $5!
I was inspired by the kitchen theme. I used the letters "EAT," painted them black, and added some old family silverware. They rest on the backsplash and I love them! www.juliejohnsonblog.blogspot.com
I got the idea from a top that I saw at Gymboree and I just knew I could make one myself. I love the way it turned out and it was seriously fast and easy!

I picked up the thrift store dress for $3.98 (it had been marked down!) Hows that for under 5 bucks!
